I’m thinking about building a citadel in Black Rise to support my PvE, mission running, FW, Incursion and industrial activities in the area. I’d like to keep my small corp but join an alliance whose members could benefit from this, and could provide defensive support as needed. Anyone interested? I’m pretty new to Eve, so feel free to tell me if this is a bad idea.
