Hello everyone!
I have quit EVE last spring right before new blaster updates were released. I am mainly focused on wrecking my ships in lowsec small size FW sites, using scram range rockets.
Is there any kind person who can explain to me current state with small blasters kiting? I am totally lost with tremendous amount of changes in patch notes since then.
