I need this account to run Gallente Level 5 missions, so 7.0+ faction standing is a must. It should also be viable for PvP, with ship skills focused on specialized cruisers and battlecruisers; I don’t need many capital ship skills. My budget is up to 60 billion ISK. I’m also open to pure standing alts with limited skill points, as faction standing is the hard requirement.
