Hello, I’m trying to make a new character but there isn’t a complexion color wheel. I started a ticket for this but it seems like it’s not a bug so I’m making a feature request instead. Theres enough space for it in character creation under the complexion tab.

Same here. Not sure when this happened. A week or three ago the complexion wheel was still there. However, when I tried to create a character last night, I ran into the same problem.
Update: Just logged in again after server shutdown and noticed the complexion wheel is back. CCP can claim there ain’t a bug all they want but it appears there was definitely something going on.

Yep, looks like it was a bug, it’s in the patch notes.
