Multiple tickets of same entrant discovered
Lets nip this one in the bud CCP, before it snowballs,
A) Permanent ban for organisers
B) Investigation of entrants & where any corruption found, ban them
C) Reimbursement of fee’s of all entrants
D) Re-run of the draw
E) Appologise
