What skill points are you looking for? I have some from 2004/05/06 which are pretty much starter characters (alts I never developed) Quite a few are the "Amarr/Galante/Caldari/MInmatar Citizen xxxx. All are probably 1m sp or less, most seem to have some excess sp left over from removed skills.
Age and corp. history are more important than skills. If you email the information in game I’ll be happy to make you an offer.
