Cluster wide Drifter crisis

Looks like a bunch of Drifter propaganda.

Reminds me of a sad vampire

Considering the ruthlessness, savageness, and general Godlessness of the Drifters, surely there has to be more to this data that we’re not considering. I refuse to believe this is nothing more than a childish scare tactic. Perhaps the immediate “grr i kill u >:(” is a red herring designed to keep focus away from whatever their true goal is.

Call me old-fashioned but when I want to threaten someone, I prefer to do it via chat channel.

These visions are not meant for our eyes. We have been finding these off their remains, or hacked from their databases. These are more like plans.

Sure, but they’re plans we’re finally finding in comprehensible form after all these years, and in contexts where their recovery was predictable. This is the closest thing to “talk” they’ve done since Hilen Tukoss died, and we could have pretty much derived these plans from their actions.

Even if these visions are not meant for our eyes it seems likely that they don’t mind too much if we see them.

Anyway, I suspect if there’s something really valuable here it would be in those composite symbols.

The first seems to be a Sleeper station. Chains
 thorns
uniting them by force or something? The Drifters have been known to crack those open and harvest the bodies. (Probably.)

Then there’s the five probably-nexus structures and the swirly thing (it’s familiar if you’ve ever been in a hive nexus). It’s interesting that there’s only one swirly thing but five
structures. Also, you can see swirly-things both above and below a nexus, but maybe in reality there’s somehow only
one. Shared among them all. We know that they’re working on construction there.

Third, no idea.

Last one
is that an image of the star cluster? If so, it seems to be a plan to attack and fade or something. Four marked
 systems?
 only three being hit, or
 moved
 or

(Wouldn’t that be a thing: Jita getting forcibly relocated to nullsec or something.)

I suspect this is more like the Rosetta Stone, that the information displayed is basically useless, but that this will allow us to translate deeper Drifter mechanisms.

The Rosetta Stone is “a decree that says priests of a temple in Memphis support ht reign of thirteen-year old Ptolemy V, on the first anniversary of his coronation” source:[1][2], but really, that specific information is useless because all of those people are dead, etc, etc. We might translate in short as “some people went to the 13th birthday of some kid”, because of course they did, parties are fun and everyone wants to be around powerful people. However, this simple block of text allowed us to read and translate the the hieroglyphics and the ancient Egyptian language. Basically everything else that they wrote that survived from that era.

Of course the Drifters want to pew pew Jita, and probe Amarr with the lasers, but the piece that we’ve never had before is any kind of translation device into the Drifter language and mind.

I don’t know if there is actually enough information in these drawings for us to really get any kind of depth, but I’d put my bet on the table that in game entities will use them in that way (read: Deathless).

For the third symbol, since it’s the symbol of the Jovian Directorate, I guess it could have something to do with their space or maybe the SoCT or other things that belong to them.

SOCT Telemetry Gives Rise to Fears Over Tabbetzur

While the Minmatar celebrate, the Society of Conscious Thought has registered a continuing rise in hyperspace traffic around the Republic system of Tabbetzur. The rise coincides with the Minmatar’s surge in Crisis victories. Society scientists hypothesis that the shift in activity will reach its peak next week, on the 6th of March.

We should monitor this closely. This could be the beginning of a next phase of the crisis or a major operation. We can also notice that Tabbetzur is relatively “close” to Zarzakh.

Unconfirmed reports of new Deathless Circle research near Warden in Zarzakh.

SOCT refuses to comment on newly surfaced reconstructed visions.

I went to Zarzakh to verify the veracity of the reports about new research conducted by the Circle and found a lone Cenotaph near the Warden.

I tried to contact the ship’s crew, as the Circle tend to ask the capsuleers for help with their research efforts I assumed they would probably respond in return.

I was right, they want capsuleers to bring them copies of the 12 Spectral Vision Captures so they can reconstruct them and gain more insight into the Drifters’ plans.

In exchange for the 12 captures, they say they are offering crates with the reconstructed visions, combat scanner probes manufactured by Satori-Horigu Epistemics and Deathless Circle Relic Analyzers.
I have seen reports from other capsuleers that these crates do indeed contain these items.

It should also be noted that Lustrevik, which is right next to Pator, and Pettinck, which is right next to Luminaire, are targeted by the Drifters.

I would be very careful dealing with these Angels. They lie and have no problems screwing you over. It requires some finesse dealing with them.

Is this ship part of the Hrada Oki fleet? They care only about their own interests and I would advise you not to deal with them. What ever they offer you, do not accept it and don’t give them what they want. They are terrorists and plunderers and their word means nothing.

Tabbetzur is targeted by Drifter drones, I haven’t detected any Scrutinizers yet but I have noticed some roaming drones.

The gates to Ennur and Offikatlin are offline.

I received a mail from CONCORD about a Triglavian Invasion, I think the Triglavians will probably be the target of republic attacks today and tomorrow.

EDI-HQ Reporting in. Any confirmed Triglavian activities in that Area. Didn’t recieved any emails form Concord directly. Can you forward this Email with attachments to Prospektor Schipplock ?

I can’t forward this mail to you unfortunately, I think only those in Tabbetzur could receive it.

A source who wants to remain anonymous allowed me to post these images of the gate to Tabbetzur located in Offikatlin. It is likely that the cloud is related to the gate being deactivated. The gate is in the cloud.

I also noticed a Deathless research outpost in the system, it seems to have been destroyed thanks to the efforts of Drifter drones and capsuleers. I had planned to send warclones to raid the other infrastructures present the site but it would have been too dangerous since some capsuleers are hostile. I assume that even if I send them after the capsuleers have left, the Circle’s agents on the scene will have already evacuated and possibly taken compromising equipment and information with them.

EDI will form a fleet but, after we have some RL Issues, we can form earliest at 17:00 Eve Time. Takes some time to get there. EDI Out.

If you have any information, use the EDI-Discord (EDENCOM DEFENSIVE INITATIVE) or EDENCOM DEFENSIVE DISCORD. (EDENCOM Defense Initiative) for keeping us updated.

I link both.

You are the eye on this !

Gate from the inside appears mostly undisturbed, apart from
 green stuff.

I don’t know if this ship is part of the Hrada-Oki caravan, but from the investigations conducted by me and my collaborators and the data we have reported regarding public collaborations between the Circle and capsuleers for research purposes it seems to us that they are “honest” when they do that, at least so far and it is of course likely that they will not be so all the time since they are indeed fond of lying and conspiring. It is obviously better to help factions of the international community than that of the insurgents and even if the Circle is “sincere” helping them will most likely have bad consequences.

I just got back from the Battle of Tabbetzur, here’s a summary of what happened. Since it’s fairly recent, it probably won’t be the most accurate account possible.

First, the faulty gates reactivated. According to The Scope, the alterations made to the system by the Drifters were even stronger than in the other systems they attacked and it’s possible that they will be permanent. Drifters drones were apparently more aggressive than usual.

Then, 6 Valravns piloted by Republic Fleet capsuleers jumped into the system and warped to a site that appeared on the other capsuleers’ scanners: a site that broadcasts its name as “Warden Relay-Chainer”.
Capture d’écran (128)
This Republic Fleet capsuleer was on the scene before the others. He participated in the operation.

The site looked a lot like the research outposts they build in systems in crisis. The Valravns then attacked three structures called “Warden Relay-Chainer”.

An analysis of these structures:

The Valravns managed to destroy the relays despite being attacked by capsuleers attracted by the optics of a battle and being able to destroy. Cenotaphs that apparently belong to the Deathless Wraiths then attacked the Valravns but were destroyed. This is the first such public and direct attack by the military forces of one of the empires against the Circle.

Then, a horde of Drifter drones and units arrived and fought against everyone, Tempests and Ruptures from the Republic Fleet arrived as reinforcements but Minmatar forces were nevertheless defeated. The Drifters retreated and the battle ended. The site was filled with wreckage and bodies. The peak number of capsuleers in the system was over 720.

I saw a report that a capsuleer recovered and analyzed this:

It is likely that the objective of Minmatar and Drifter forces was to recover these signatures, which is consistent with theories from researchers reported by The Scope during their live coverage of the battle about how these structures and what they contain might allow other factions to gain access to the Warden. Valravn pilots probably got some of these signatures before losing them when their ships were destroyed, some capsuleers and maybe some Drifter drones and units should have them now. Maybe the Drifters also wanted to prevent the Minmatars and capsuleers from getting these harmonics to prevent the rest of New Eden from being more technologically advanced and able to fight them better.

It seems strange to me that the Minmatar fleet was so small, maybe they thought that since the information that they were going to attack leaked, it would attract a lot of hostile capsuleers and they didn’t want to send more ships than “necessary” so as not to waste resources and lives unnecessarily but just enough to destroy the relays and make sure that people recover the harmonics.

I haven’t seen any signs of Triglavian presence in the system, so either CONCORD is mistaken or they will intervene tomorrow or later.

The Deathless Circle also hijacked billboards to broadcast a video urging us to fight the Drifters and decode the visions we found. This video also shows this image which is the montage showing supposed phases of the Drifters’ plan that I shared a few days ago.
