Implement the following changes to corporations
- After being formed, corporations must hold a minimum of 15 players in corporation and have 30 days to fill the corp to this level.
- If the rate drops below 15, they will disband.
- If none of the 15 login, they will disband.
- Corporations now pay monthly fee’s. 5 Million per a toon.
- Corporations will now cost 100,000,000 isk to form.
- All structures now require an alliance to launch
