Yes I am a recruiter for my alliance as well (COSMOS Origins). The corp is mostly US TZ but in the Alliance we have players across almost all timezones.

We’re actually a very tight nit alliance so there’s not much difference between corps other than stuff like corp projects, mainly buybacks and industry projects. My corp is least active from around 0600 to 1200 EVE time but so is the rest of the alliance.
The only corp that has members primarily in the EU time zones is our NS corp, Cosmos Collective.
