I am looking to purchase a character with a strong focus on Heavy Assault Cruisers (HACs) and core combat skills.

Required Skill Focus

  • Heavy Assault Cruisers: Excellent / specialized

  • Medium Turrets: All relevant medium weapon skills at high levels (V preferred)

  • Engineering / Armor / Shield / Navigation: Strong core skills, well-trained for PvP/PvE

  • Heavy Missiles: High skill levels

  • Drones: Strong drone support skills

Skill Point Requirements

  • Total skill SP around ~100 million (flexible)

  • Skill points should be efficiently allocated

  • No need for industry, mining, PI, trading, or other unrelated skills

Other Notes

  • Clean skill plan preferred (minimal wasted SP)

  • Character should be eligible for transfer under CCP Character Bazaar rules

Yes, I’m looking for all four racial cruiser skills, with high-level drones skill, missile skills and medium turret skills.
Supporting skills such as armor, shield, navigation, and engineering should also be well trained.

I’m flexible on budget and mainly looking for the right skill focus.
Once I see the character, we can discuss a fair market price.

Nice to have: logistics cruisers skills, Minmatar & Caldari battleship, large projectile, cruise missile.

Optional. (not required): Caldari T3C + subsystem skills.

I think you may spend less and get a better character by injecting what youre looking for. It probably wouldn’t be near 80m SP for a near maxed version of what youre looking for

My thinking is that beyond the core requirements, it would also be great if the character has frigate, destroyer, and specialized ship skills trained as well.

for my taste you are looking for all arounder vs. HACs specialist as stated in subject and there are few such toons on sale atm.
