Does selling a character via Character Bazaar costs 20€?

So transferring a character from one account to another costs 20€. Does this include character sales via the forums bazaar?

Yes. Any character transfer will cost 20€, but I believe it can also be paid with PLEX by having the 1000 PLEX in your vault and then making a support ticket about it.
