looking for a a relatively skill-complete avatar pilot - ideally with gunnery/tank/jump skills maxed already. a little work to do here and there is fine, but i’m not planning on injecting at current prices and i’d rather not spend more than a month or two roundng out the skill sheet while i finish pinching the isk for the fit
