Minmatar doing “The-Blood-Stained-Stars” epic arc
i have an effective standing of 0.9 with gallente but when i got to “delphine Xarasier”
she said that “Im sorry, but what I’ve got is promised to another pilot already. Could you come back later”
Your faction and standing don’t matter much if you’re a new player doing the SoE arc. This is a bug that’s been around and happens to people sometimes. File a ticket and they will reset the mission for you.
f12 > help center >support ticket > stuck
Personally, I have just tried a couple more times and he eventually gives it to me. I have never needed support to do anything for me.
