I logged into the launcher about a week ago and during the time I was waiting for the play window to appear I closed the launcher. Upon reopening the launcher it has been stuck in this appearance!

I have restarted my computer, I have refreshed the launcher in the E menu, I have run a network traceroute, I have closed and reopened launcher multiple times, I have gone to shared cache and verified the files, I’m asking about it here as a last attempt before uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
SOLVED, found answer in recent problems by a DEV.
