Yeah I agree, the new DED Lab Coat definitely looks good:
I also like the new Caldari Expedition Suits too, although I wouldn’t have associated the color Orange with Caldari, at least there’s some Blue in it.

DED Cryptologic Technician Coat well suit for military-look outfits … only one thing pity is that the coat doesn’t allow to be outfitted as a dress like SoE one - it requires bottoms. 
Yours seems to be Corporate Troubleshooter Gear, which is used by non-governmental organizations. That’s why its not colored with national blue 
There is another variant which is mainly worn by government organizations. It’s entirely colored with blue but is unfortunately unavailable in the tranquility.
AFAIK, There are four 12 types of variants for the exploration suits and four of these empire variants are not available at all. Hope CCP make it available for tranquility soon
