Exotic Plants

I wouldn’t ‘feed’ them at all. I don’t feed any of my Nepenthes or other carnivorous plants. They catch their own food, that’s what they’re made for. But if you see that for a long time (months) the pitchers have been empty, then you can catch live prey (insects) for them. They don’t need a lot of food, and they don’t need it all that often.

I advise against using meat or anything like. It’s not optimal for them in terms of nutrients and mostly it will just result in a rotting and dead pitcher.

Here’s a good source:

I feed my Sundew dried Bloodworms about every two weeks. The ends of the leaves have finally started to curl around Bloodworms.

Im gionna have to change soil because I added tropical soil with lava rocks to the peat soil instead of Aquatic soil.

Using the tropical soil could have caused Plant to stop producing dew on the end of hairs.

Plant died. Not certain why. Time to get another one.

Some pics of my flower garden.

Just did some transplanting of the pink flowers to other locations in the garden.

In the left corner near the window I plan on installing a fake tree to attract birds to the feeders.

I want to mount a light on the patio fence that is the same temperature as the mushroom light in the purple and white flowers. One along the sidewalk path to the door and two on the inside of the fence where the ground cover is located.

I took a photo of my garden because there were bees pollinating it. Found these guys as well.
