Who We’re Looking For:
Fleet Commanders and experienced leaders who can strategize and coordinate fun and effective fleets. Ideally you are a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, ensuring clear orders and adaptive tactics in the heat of battle. Situational awareness and decision-making under pressure (even if it doesn’t always work out lol) are key, as a calm demeaner will inspire confidence in our pilots and contribute to victory.
Requirements:
Age: 21 years or older. Most of our members are in their 30s-50s, but all are welcome!
Communication: Discord and push-to-talk; English
