You sent the isk to the wrong character. Needed to go to CREATEDV0ID, not Createdvoid.
You need to file a support ticket with CCP ASAP asking them to send the isk to my character instead.
Edit: The pilot to whom you sent 137bil is active, so you should also write to him explaining the mistake. Otherwise he may start using your isk.
