During my space police enforcement operations I like to collect what I call “fossils”. Being a “fossil” a specially old unlicensed capsuleer. I took part in an PVP elite operation during which we had to neutralize an old law breaker:

The question is: what is the theoretical max age? are there 2002 capsuleers around? how low can I get? Gotta catch em all.
I think oldest are those licenced on the EVE Online release day - May 6th, 2003.
…but there might be some older characters created by devs or beta testers older than that.
You can try checking that out by taking that old dog id and trying to go lower on ESI swagger and see what you get.

Could get as low as Hilmar, I don’t think there is any lower.
