Easy Anti-cheat has issues when Driver Verifier is enabled in Windows. You can turn off Driver Verifier by following these steps:

• Use Windows search bar or “Run” to open verifier.exe. A GUI window will open.
• Select “Delete existing settings“
• Click on “Finish“
• Restart your computer (mandatory)

I’m not going to advise you for or against disabling Driver Verifier just to enable the anti-cheat. This is just a solution if you want it.

Why in Sansha’s name would this need to be disabled? What version of Windows does this pertain to? Just try reinstalling the EAC redist from the Vanguard directory before opening up your system any driver that wants in.
