His math would be accurate if you could buy the 1.5 mil pack an unlimited amount of times.
$40 x 400/1.5 = $10,666.66
Going the injector route is probably cheaper for the first 50 mil. Just buy skill extractors without the skills, then go on character bazaar and buy a poorly constructed character with lots of extra skill points, and drain them.
Character Bazaar the most inefficient and expensive way to get a character these days, total waste of time unless you are in the big league (trillions of isk making league). Skill Injectors are crap after 5M SPs, so best deal is to buy plex at a discount, really, during those few times of the year OR, if you get good discounted packages that also include plex or Skill Extractors etc, just sell that crap, get those attribute enhancing boosts, and so on (most expedited way to get your 200M SP). Still going to take a couple of years. Good luck
