I myself fall into the former category, and I’m highly glad that I as a newbro ended up in Jaeger Holdings rather than anywhere else. I may not have a super extensive track record and therefore lack the big-picture held by more experienced players, but it doesn’t matter. This corp simply fits my vision of how an organization should be run; we help each other out because we share a common goal (the ISK and LP tax being set to 0.0%, yet we’re thriving is clear evidence that it’s working!).
Build and be part of something good. Strong sense of community. Suits me perfectly as that’s how I like it both in and outside of Eve.
