We are part of Ushra’Khan, FW PvP Low Sec alliance and actually the oldest existing alliance of Eve.
As market hubs go, just be aware that Rens and Hek are not unfortunately not up to Jita to say the least. But we don’t shop there. What we all do is create and use hauler alts since pvp in low sec will keep you away from High Sec anyway ( shooting pirates or reds will lower your security status fast).
So as market hub go, the whole indus and hauler alt army work pretty well : almost all doctrine ships are on contracts in our citadels and available to our members.
About the logi thing, keep in mind that low sec is mainly solo and small gang pvp. There is no logi wings such as those you meet in null sec or at least not as often. That said, flying a logi in a 5 - 10 people small gang is a much intense experience than flying logi in a 200+ fleet. You will love it and your corpmates will love you.
