some you can… i think it depends on what skins… like i can sell the rattler skin that we just got.
The daily login reward skins can’t be sold, you can usually sell the event skins you actually have to work for.
Suggestion: Just be done with 90% of this thread and open-source the client
Suggestion: Block players from posting in the same thread on the forum with different chars from the same client/computer.
Keywords: Forum experience
Notes: My recent thread that I posted got trashed by what I think is one or two players with many alts.
Suggestion: Introduce CTRL+ESC to close certain windows like notification windows.
Keywords: UI, windows, notifications, close windows
Notes: You can ESC anything in terms of notifications on your computer to make it go away but in EVE the button ESC opens the settings instead. To facilitate the ease of windows closing, CTRL+ESC should work like normal ESC to close windows. Gone are the days of fiddling with your mouse to find the Okay, Yes/No, Accept/Decline or tiny X buttons.
I wish they’d just allow ESC to be bindable so that I can choose what key(s) to use for what. I get that in games, ESC is usually “Main Menu”, but this game feels more like I’m using gui OS most of the time…
To do what you want, mostly, you can bind somethign to “Window” => “Close Active Window” (Ctrl-W is a common shortcut for this in other GUIs).
Suggestion: Able to see Contacts at top of chat channel member lists
Keywords: ui, contacts, social
Note: Being able to sort by Contacts first in all chat channels would be awesome, allowing friends (or enemies) to be seen at the top of busy member lists.
Suggestion: Able to contract items out of containers
Keywords: Contract, containers
Note: Being able to contract our items out of containers will streamline the process of sorting out stuff for sale
Thanks for your time and consideration
CTRL W works but it can also close other windows by accident. I have had more than one instance where CTRL W fired twice for unknown reasons and closed a chat window instead of a scan result, notification window or other things it was supposed to close. CTRL ESC would not do that and you’d not have to focus the window for CTRL W to work. CTRL W does not work to remove notification windows like fleet invites, ship trade, market prices etc.
Suggestion: Allow placement of Saved locations on the overview
Keywords: UI, Overview, options
It would really be handy to be able to put saved locations on the overview so I can warp to them in one keystroke or a couple of mouse clicks, instead of having to mouse over and open several submenus, thus obscuring other windows I have open if I want to keep that location ready to warp to in case of a bug out.
Suggestion: Allow “Group Window” (from Assets) to have Icons/Details/List view-modes.
Keywords: ui, group, assets
Notes: When you’re in the Assets window and you right-click on station in which you have teh l00ts, hte Group Window would be nice to focus in on your inventory, but it doesn’t currently allow Icon or Detail view-mode so it’s not as useful as it could be.
Suggestion: Allow ignored signatures to persist between sessions
Keywords: Probe Scanner, exploration, cosmic signatures
Note: Ignored signatures do not show up in the probe scanner window. This persists when you switch systems. Logging out and back in clears the ignore list.
While exploring I ignore all the signatures I’m not interested in. This saves time when I come back to those systems later, because I don’t have to scan the same signatures again. But when I have logged out (by choice, because of downtime, or worse: because of a client crash) the ignored signature list is cleared.
An option for ignored signatures to persist between sessions would really help me and other explorers.

Bump.
This is not a thread you should be bumping ideas in. The devs run a script to pull all the suggestions into a review queue; nothing else needs to be done here to get it to the devs. If you want to show support for an idea, give it a like.
In the personal assets, in the empty space to the right of all columns, add “note” or “description” to each station, which you can modify to tell you what the station is, and why you have stuff there; this can be connected to a “note” tab you edit in the show info on the station.
Suggestion: A setting for drones to auto return/attempt to get back to the ship if you initiate warp.
Key Words: Drones
Not a good idea to mess with drones.
- Your suggestion won’t make it to CCP since you didn’t follow the proper procedure for your QoL suggestion
Suggestion: Ability to set & share multi-point routes
Keywords: travel, routes, wayfinding, industry, exploration
Note: there’s an ancient third-party tool for this but it’d be nice to do in-client
Tikktokk Tokkzikk has a nice but outdated tool which does this:
It lets you build a route and push all its waypoints to characters via ESI. Importantly, you can share any route (they’re just lists of systemIDs appended to the tool’s URL) so in future you only have to click once to set arbitrarily-many waypoints. This is much more convenient than right-clicking every single place you want to visit from a note or the map or whatever.
This would improve lots of tedious tasks which require setting several waypoints before you head out (sometimes dozens of waypoints). Haulers, PI managers, explorers/wayfinders, Drifter scouts, etc, would all benefit.
I envision an option in the Route tool submenu (or a button in the Manage Route tool) for “Export Current Route” or whatever, which dumps all active waypoints into the clipboard with the HTML formatting that Notepad and chat already use. You’d need new code for parsing multi-point routes, of course. Dunno how hard it’d be to get the client to read e.g. comma-separated systemIDs and structureIDs (it’s already reading single ones).
Suggestion: Industry window job templates for corps
Keywords: Industry, industry window, templates, job settings templates
Notes: Instead of manually and individually adjusting settings to use the right values for corp jobs, the corp could setup templates that people can use and that automatically adjust all values according to corp needs.
If you use one of the templates, no amount of scrolling in the wrong place would change values of job runs, wallet types and so on that would screw up job calculations.
Suggestion: Option to disable mid-warp and decloak sounds
Keywords: audio, warp, cloak
Note: Currently they are behind sliders that control other important sounds
These sounds add nothing but frustration to my gameplay.
I want mid-warp sound off, while wormhole / gate activation sounds are on. I want decloak sound off, while health alerts are on.
