Started eve in 2005.
Quit in 2018, sold/give away most my toons.
Three remaining toons, collectively ~ 400 mill SP.
Mostly parked up in Horde in between stints since 2018, with the odd roam with my teenager and brother.
I’m self sufficient. (ISK, JF etc.)
In so far as eve experience - I have flown with folks from ASCN, BoB, Tri, Shadow Cartel et al. - it’s been a minute, but I know how to get myself into, and out of, sh**ty situations.
TL;DR on what I’m looking for:
Australian TZ - I don’t want to be an ass, but I feel lots of people just put "AU’ in their recruitment posts for diversity hires.
Good people - this is the big one for me.
No ego’s.
A Corp who doesn’t treat this game like its a f*king job - I’m not down with sh***t like creating “ghost accounts” - no offense folks from INIT, tons of good people, especially the folks from UMAH, but the moment you dictate extra curricular terms like creating additional accounts…well I alarm clocked my way though my twenties and thirties…so its not happening again in my forties.
Important (?) - I don’t give three shades of a flying f***k about eve politics (just being honest, been there, done that, got the t-shirt) - keep it simple/don’t over-complicate it; I’m a hammer…I hit nails that aren’t green, blue or purple, with no regard to what cool-aid they drink/deity they subscribe to.
