I have noticed that lot of people don’t understand how current capsuleer bounty system works.

I propose manual for capsuleer bounty system. When you open bounty window you have chance to view manual for capsuleer bounty system.

Comments are welcome for my idea.

I consider that a good thing that needs to be preserved. The more obscure, not easy to understand mechanics, the better.
