Mid-grade hydra implant production

Hello,

i have a couple f the mid-grade hydra bpcs from the faction frigs and i want to make them.
But in a NPC station when i put the job in it says job isnt submitted…so assume that i can make these implant in n npc station then but can i make them in a citadel then?

hu ? no you can build in a station.
You should have a message popping up when you submit a job and it is refused. Just put your mouse over the submit button.
