We are a small corporation but more than pull our weight on an alliance/coalition level.

You would be expected to skill into (unless you already are) alliance and coalition doctrine ships so that you can help out when needed. We won’t force you to be online at specific times but do ask if you’re online and a fleet goes up, try and join when possible.
