i fixed my char sale in char bazzzar. but i have no flag option any where in the post.
Did you click the three dots next to the reply button? 
yes i did. on my computer all i get the option to book mark. there are a lot of post from people with same problem. i just found that if you go on the mobile site the flag is there. but not on my computer.
