Not sure why comments from the other is there but I’d of taken 190b+ ive seen worse go for 210+ and I know thats not usual so didn’t even bother saying that. I honestly care not if it sells but if it does 190+ is the only way it will. I’d take 195b buy out and think thats is close to the minimum I would. Been on this bazaar for many many years so I know around what it’s worth.
