35bil is the floor. Character is extremely unfocused. You call it a carrier character, but it can’t even use T2 fighters. Most ships that the character can sit in it can’t actually pilot well. Maybe like 40-45bil? Would need either a lot of extracting and/or a lot of injecting to make it into something useful IMO.
