Your probally going to get offers of 15-17B.
If you extract & Sell them as SP farms your looking at 17.5-18B.

12B would cap you out on offers, unless someone wants the character to actually use.
13.4B would be extract + sell as SP farm.

Just work out how many injectors you can make. Do Y x 400m profit per injector. Then add 5B for the Farm.
15.5M SP = 8.4B extracted + 5B for basic Pilot.

Edit: I like the 3rd toon, very focused. If any were finished training and very focused you can get up to 1B Per 1M SP.
