Considering that your character is from year one and its trained skills are pretty much ok, I would expect that the price will be around 150-60 Bil, even more. If it goes for sale, I would offer 170 Bil.

this is a very good offer. although your value increases alot due to the char age. You could maybe even get 180-190b
