Its fairly easy.
Total SP - 5m SP, which cannot be extracted, x2 (number of large skill injectors) x 0.4b (which is the profit if you skill extracted)
So it’s ultimately something like this
(23-5)x0.8 = 14.5b
Of course, people are willing to pay more for a character that is highly specialized or something they like specifically.
