@Ltuans_Kasenumi I think this is just a phrasing/translation issue, be sure to use the https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203465481-Character-Transfer for any sales. ISK must be exchanged directly to the character being sold. Review Welcome to the Character Bazaar if unclear.
