Problems with HAW

Just hoped on to test a few things in my Bus and skills are not applying to HAWS.
from what i can see;
No fitting reduction applied with skills,
Weapon mods not applying either, tried Tracking comps and Mag stabs
LR / SR guns are working fine

as of 01:00 22/03/19 Eve time

Sounds like we’ve got a couple bug-a-boos with HAWs on Singularity at the moment, I’m looking into them.
