Some recent changes to singularity (Guardians’ Gala?) have romoved some characters from a wormhole … how can we get access to the wormhole again.

You can do a /moveme to get to one of the pre-set wormhole systems for testing.
If it’s a specific wormhole system you want to get to, I hope you or one of your friends has seeded a character in that system that can scan you in.
