Summer break is over. Shaula Reapers is back, and recruitment is open.
We’re an independent mercenary special operations corporation focused on Black Ops, hunting, reconnaissance and operations behind enemy lines. Small teams, good intelligence, and the satisfaction of catching someone who thought they were safe.
We’re rebuilding our active roster and looking for people who want to help shape the next chapter.
Experienced pilots — bring your trade.
Hunters, scouts, BLOPS pilots, covert cyno alts and combat scanners: we want people who enjoy finding the fight as much as taking it. There’s also room for pilots interested in intelligence gathering, infiltration and disrupting enemy logistics.
Patience matters. So does knowing when to leave a target alone.
New pilots — bring the willingness to learn.
You don’t need a perfect killboard or a hangar full of expensive ships. We welcome newer pilots who are interested in covert PvP and willing to prepare, listen and improve.
We offer guided skill plans, mentoring, and SP/ISK assistance to help developing pilots work towards useful fleet roles. Talk to us about where you are and what you want to fly.
Co-founders and leadership — help build the corporation.
We’re especially interested in meeting potential co-founders, FCs, recruiters and experienced BLOPS operators who want an active role in building the team.
Help shape doctrines, organize hunts, develop our intelligence network or take ownership of recruitment. Leadership here means doing the work alongside the people you fly with. Trust and responsibility grow from there.
If you’ve wanted to build a covert PvP group without having to start alone, let’s talk.
What we value
-
Initiative: find opportunities and bring ideas.
-
Reliability: be ready when the team commits.
-
Discretion: keep operational and contract information private.
-
A good attitude: take feedback, learn from losses and leave the drama behind.
We’re returning from a break, so this is a chance to get involved while the active team takes shape. If that sounds like something you’d enjoy helping build, we’d like to hear from you.
