I’ve always checked https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/dump/sqlite-latest.sqlite.bz2.md5 and then downloaded from https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/dump/sqlite-latest.sqlite.bz2 if there was a change.

is https://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/dump/latest/eve.db.bz2 equivalent?
