brother, I gave you an answer on the email, CCP clearly mentions the transaction date of the toon on employment history page. Any reasonable recruiter will check that date and realise that the toon was transferred. This is very poor excuse to try and get the character for cheap.
And I don’t know what kind of corp you are joining where imperium is considered a problem xD
