Well jack the stripper.. I would assume is literally just looking to strip the sp off the char and the QNSA links just help them do it by providing an easy way to calculate its raw value. “Extraction value:? 25,755,943,527 ISK”
I think char values sometimes are goofy, I make more selling 30-40m chars than 70+ because its usually just the scalpers looking for a good deal.
I wish ccp didn’t devalue their plex a couple yrs ago.. (from 6.5 to 4.5 or 4.7) and increase their raw plex prices(cash price) and give away SP like its candy every event… shameful. But oh well… I still play it lol.

I have not stripped any sp. I have not logged on to EVE since 2010. This was the alt I was building to be my pfoduction alt. I do not even know how to extract skills I will look into this.
