Come on, whose got 35?
Yes — it is a real supercarrier pilot. Not maxed, but it’s ready to sit in a Hel/Nid and be useful on grid. The drones + jump skills + tank + implants all line up for that role.
But… it’s not elite yet. A “really good” Hel pilot would have:

Fighters V and Heavy Fighters V (he’s only at III).

Light Fighters IV/V for full application.

Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration V (for Triage — if he were also a Fax alt).

More SP sunk into support gunnery/missiles (for subcap flexibility, but we’re ignoring that here).
So: it is a good supercarrier starter pilot — the foundation is there.
But it’s not a top-tier Hel pilot yet. Needs another ~6–8M SP in Fighters/Heavy Fighters to truly be “excellent.”
Should have taken the 32.5b offer.
