We’re building an organized, Caldari-aligned corporation with specialized divisions, structured training, and coordinated small-gang fleets.
OUR DIVISIONS

Duelists: Main combat force and primary damage dealers.

Initiators: Engagement specialists focused on tackle and electronic warfare.

Controllers: Dedicated drone warfare specialists.

Sentinels: Fleet support, remote repairs, and supply coordination.

Spectres: Omega-only stealth-bomber specialists.
-
Harvesters: Resource gathering, mining, and logistical support. (Planned role.)
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet at least one of the following allegiance requirements:

Caldari State Protectorate: Be enlisted in the Caldari factional militia.

24th Imperial Crusade: Be enlisted in the Amarr factional militia, our proposed allied-allegiance option.
Applicants must not be actively enlisted in an opposing factional militia. All applicants must also agree to the corporation’s Caldari-aligned operations and conduct expectations.
Note: These are corporation recruitment rules, not a claim that the two militias have identical standings or shared command structures. Confirm in-game eligibility and alliance policies before accepting pilots from another militia.
OUR SYSTEM
Pilots choose a preferred role, complete its skill plan, and pass the relevant qualification process where required.
Want to change roles? Apply for a transfer, train the necessary skills, and qualify for your new position. Pilots who qualify in all four original combat/support divisions earn unrestricted role-switching privileges.
