Maybe it was a dazzling display, an awe-inspiring, audacious assault, or a burst of brotherly bravery. Might have happened on the grid, late-night comms, maybe it never happened at all.
A good story is worth something, to me, maybe to you, too.

That was the worst corp story I’ve ever read
We stole a corporation from a streamer because he was barely involved in running it, and all of our players wanted to achieve bigger and better things.
Made a new corp, took absolutely everything, and our astrahaus was already in another holding corp so we even had the structure.
I was a world of tanks player many years ago. People were getting frustrated with the progression between tier 5 and 7, a few started playing EVE.
There were two people who were long time eve players, they started a corporation.
We did SOE missions, people would mine the ice and we generally had an ok time.
Then we got a war declaration.
An orca was lost.
Then another.
People left the corp, or just did not log in.
The war got extended, and extended again.
Went from 30 people to 15.
CEO said we were moving somewhere free of war declarations.
Technically they were right, in null wars were meaningless, but people still died in their Orca’s moving ore around and paying rent for no cover fleet was seen as a waste.
Alliance disbanded.
I made a whole new character to fly with WTM and did that for a few years until CCP changed the war mechanics.
Odd how a bunch of PvP’ers quit becasue they were PvP’ed.
If that is addressed to me, WOT PvP is a bit different to EVE PvP. I am not sure many of the 30 were in EVE to PvP, it was to fill in time while queuing for WOT and high security space fit that nice quite well.
I pretty much went venture->procurer and stayed there, as that was all I wanted. Mined for 8 hours, sold it or 120 million ISK, thought I was rich.
I enjoyed the game a lot more then, ignorance is bliss.
Ah WoT, I was thinking of War Thunder, where you find a nice ambush spot for ganking passing tanks.
Now what better way to spend your time while waiting than to hop into your catalysts and pop some miners
World of Tanks had its moments, but when you are playing with people who are very competitive and demand everyone in the roster buy gold ammo it stops being fun.
