Hello, people of New Eden. I am the founder of The Verge Vendor Corporation. As by its name, it is located in the Verge Vendor region of the Gallente Federation with the HQ being the Vay system.
The aim of our corporation is Project Vay. What is Project Vay? This is our initiative to make the Vay system a major economic trade hub just like Jita or Dodixie. We do this by lowering the price of goods in the market which creates competition and in turn encourages other sellers to lower their prices too. This way, not only we endorse competition, but also provide the same common goods for a cheaper price for the betterment of both the new and veteran players.

We financially help our members to buy goods from the market using specialized divisions corporation wallet which is a great boost for new players as they can earn a lot more in the collective when compared to individually doing it.
Our Manufacturer’s Policy states that if a member wants a good that the corporation produces, they have no need to buy it from the market but can just get it from the corp for zero price.
We value our members and it is our priority to make sure that they do not feel like a number. Thus, we will limit our member count and also group our members to form close communities that they can work and form bonds with. \
Requirements:
All we require is participation in the corporation’s functioning so as to contribute to Project Vay. But a minimum of zero security status is required. We recruit from all timezones.
What we do:
Our corporation is Mining, Manufacturing and PvE based (with Factional Warfare planned for future when we have more members).
MEMBER GUIDELINES FOR THE VERGE VENDOR CORPORATION Member selection: 1) All members must be from the Gallente Federation (particularly in the Verge Vendor Region) or the Minmatar Republic. 2) All members must have a minimum of neutral personal security status and standings towards the Gallente Federation. Communication: Since personal messages and corporation channel messages in-game disappear on logging out, most of the communication must happen through the in-game mail system or the corporation’s discord server. Role Selection: Contact the founder to get your roles assigned. Member count limits: To prevent our members from feeling like a number in a large corporation, we will limit our member count in each respective division. The no. of members in a division may vary based on if the member count has not reached its limit, but none the less the maximum count for a particular division should not exceed 10.
Roles: 1) Founder: The founder of the Verge Vendor Corporation. 2) Division In-charge: There will be one in-charge for each irl region (namely NA,SA, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania). This person’s responsibility is to communicate the tasks of their division with its members which will be assigned by the Founder. 3) Mining Operations: These members will be responsible for the mining sector of the corporation and will be given access to the 2nd Division Wallet. 4) Manufacturing Operations: These members will be responsible for the manufacturing sector and will be given access to the 2nd Division Wallet. 5) Combat and Security Operations (PvE and PvP): These members will be responsible for the PvE sector (and the Factional Warfare in the future) and will be given access to the 3rd Division Wallet.
Corporation Wallet Usage: 1) Master Wallet: This wallet can only be used by The Founder (Ultra Five) and will act as a collective saving and operations wallet for the corporation. (i) All the corporation tax paid by members (which is 4.2% as of now and 7% for OutCorp) will collect here. (ii) Every end of the week, 5% (as of now) of the net profit made by the 2nd Division Wallet will be transferred to the Master Wallet. (iii) This wallet will be used solely to fund corporation projects and to fund the 2nd and 3rd Division Wallets (and others if added in the future) in case of low remaining funds. 2) 2nd Division Wallet: This wallet will be used by those members in the Mining and Manufacturing Operations role. (i) All the transaction taxes/Broker’s fees/Manufacturing Fees shall be paid using this wallet. (ii) All the sales money gained from market will transfer to this wallet. (iii) Mining Operation members are free to use this wallet to buy personal ships/ship equipment and other resources solely related to mining/manufacturing. 3) 3rd Division Wallet: This wallet will be used by those members in the Combat and Security Operations role. (i) This wallet will often be funded using the Master Wallet (which will in-turn be funded by the tax on bounty prices and other gains from the Combat and Security Operations role. (ii) Combat and Security Operation members are free to use this wallet to buy personal ships/ship equipment and other resources solely related to combat. Security: During mining sessions in low-sec/null-sec regions. Each division can decide by themselves on who will do the mining and who will stay on guard with their combat ships around the mining ones. Such doesn’t depend on the role held by the members of the division.
Price Determination in market: All the goods mined/manufactured by the division after their work shift shall be transferred to the corporation hanger located at Vay-I Core Complexion Inc. Factory. The job of putting the goods on sale in market and price determination will be solely on the Founder.
Corporation Hanger Usage: At the end of the day. Each division shall yield their production to their respective hangers to be put on sale on the market by the founder. 1st Division Hanger–>NA Division 2st Division Hanger–>Asian Division 3rd Division Hanger–>African Division 4th Division Hanger–>European Division 5th Division Hanger–>Oceania Division 6th Division Hanger–> SA Division Manufacturer’s Policy: If a member requires some good that the corporation already manufactures, they can simply ask for it and get it for free without having to buy it from the market. Miner’s Policy: For ores found in high sec: To not interrupt with our player’s personal mining sessions, all members are permitted to keep a maximum of 50% of their mining output from each mining session. For ores found in low sec: To not interrupt with our player’s personal mining sessions, all members are permitted to keep a maximum of 60% of their mining output from each mining session. For ores found in null sec: To not interrupt with our player’s personal mining sessions, all members are permitted to keep a maximum of 70% of their mining output from each mining session. TO NOTE: One mining session ends when when the member docks to a station with a full cargo hold.
Introducing the OutCorp system. We are aware of players that do not wish to communicate and thus we are unable to integrate them into Project Vay. Such players from today onwards will be listed as OutCorp. The ISK tax rate for such players is set to 7 percent. As for non-OutCorp members, their ISK tax rate will remain 4.2 percent and they will be granted tax returns on a weekly basis (since there is no option to keep tax rates different for players). Addition of more Ores to the list of sales: We are adding Omber-III and Jaspet-III in the list of sales for the corporation. Please remember to put these in your respective hangers as a Compressed ore just as we do for Plagioglase and Scordite. Members can go for venture mining in nearby low sec regions or form fleets with other members from fleet-up for mining the mentioned. The 2nd Division Wallet is already provided to financially support your operations. To note that Miner’s Policy will be different for these mentioned Ores. For ores found in low sec systems: Members are entitled to 60% (instead of 50% like in high sec ores) of ownership for their output for each mining session. For future reference when we will expand mining operations further, ores found in null sec systems will have the number to 70% ownership by member

Wallet Usage Update, 18th June, Thursday:- Honorary members, our corporation has done massive economic progress thanks to our significant hardships. We, as Verge Vendors, still have a long way to go and given the functioning of New Eden, it is a matter of prime importance to become stronger. Everytime our defenseless ships fall to gankers, they become stronger. They feed on our work like parasites. So we must become even more stronger than them and show these gankers their place. Its been slightly more than a month since the foundation of The Verge Vendor Corporation was set. We have only been growing in economy. We make about 14M+ every week and this number is only increasing as we are acquiring more members and BPOs. Given all this in mind. I have decided to make a few changes with the corporation wallets. To note: All decisions go through a democratic vote by all active members. The voting process for this act will be displayed in voting-for-discussions channel. The following are my proposals: 1) The 5% end of week cut from 2nd Division Wallet to Master Wallet will be scrapped. 2) 3rd Division Wallet (a.k.a. Combat and Security Ops Wallet) will now be active. 3) A 4th Division Wallet will also be activated and will be called the Explorer’s Wallet. Members can use this wallet to support their personal Low-sec/Null-sec explorations. The corporation will not ask players using this Wallet for anything, every good acquired will solely belong to the player alone and thus, no necessary contribution is to be made by the members though personal donations will be allowed by a member’s personal will. 4) Every starting of each month, a specific amount will be transfered to the 3rd and 4th Division Wallets from the 2nd Division Wallet which is how these two wallets will be funded. 3rd Division Wallet will receive 20M ISK at the start of every month. 4th Division Wallet will receive 10M ISK at the start of every month.
100% of rewards from an Enforcer or Soilder of Fortune Mission will be transfered to the 3rd Division Wallet from the Master Wallet regularly. Similarly, 100% of rewards from an Explorer Mission will be transfered to the 4th Division Wallet and, 100% of rewards from a Mining Mission will be transfered to the 2nd Division Wallet. This new update will surely weaken the Master Wallet. But I suggest it is better to look forward to actual areas of improvement rather than spend an eternity on a Wallet that is hardly increasing
The July Verge Vendor Games is now open for participation. All active members can now participate in it.
There are two projects assigned, one for Jaspet-II and another for Jaspet-III. It is on our members to decide whether they would like to focus on one or both. To note that both projects will be considered the same and the contribution will be calculated from the addition of a player’s contribution from both projects.
For example, one will still reach the 300K checkpoint if they mine 200k of Jaspet-II and 100K of Jaspet-III.
The checkpoints are as follows:
1st Checkpoint: 100K units, Reward=15M ISKs
2nd Check[point: 200K units, Reward=20M ISKs
3rd Checkpoint: 300K units, Reward=25M ISKs
The project will last till July 30th at 00:00 UTC. July 29th is the last date.
