Greetz! My name is du5ty and I run the Chill Mercenary and Piracy Collective (CMAPC), a new Angel Cartel faction war corp. This corporation is designed for new players, and run by a newer player. I started playing back in ‘22, won Eve, and returned to the game in July of last year. I’ve been in big corps and lived in high sec, null sec, and wormhole space. Instead of waiting and hoping to find a corp that is exactly what I am looking for, I decided to create it myself. Here are our rules:
- Chill is required. We don’t tolerate people yelling in our fleets, and if you find that you can’t run a fleet or participate without hollering, find a different corp. This is a game, it’s not that serious. Real life always comes first, that’s why it is included in rule number one!
- We are a leftist collective (it’s right in the name). If you choose to discuss politics, understand that our preference is for fully automated and luxurious gay space communism. Reactionaries, Trumpists, and right wingers aren’t welcome. Discussions should be about the best alternatives to capitalism, if we must have those discussions at all. Boo hoo about the intolerant left somewhere else.
- We are a new player corp first. We keep the taxes low, offer free ships for our fleets, and every CMAPC fleet is a training fleet. Want to learn to FC? You’ve come to the right place. No experience? No problem!
- Our goal is fun per hour. We’ll be doing Angel Cartel faction war to start, and plexing will be most of what we do in the beginning. If you find plexing boring, you probably won’t have fun in this corp.
- We have zero tolerance for toxicity. That means we don’t accept people deploying words like “retarded” or using gay as a pejorative. Since our goal is fun per hour, being racist, sexist, or trans/homophobic directly cuts against our aims and is unacceptable!
We are currently based in Zarzakh and recruiting players mostly in USTZ, but we are open to anyone. Mostly early mornings, nights and weekends in the USTZ (pacific), but there can be exceptions. While we live in Zarzakh now, we are open to moving at a later day, and open to where that move might take us. Current options include moving to nullsec and joining an alliance, or moving to a lowsec system near Zarzakh for easy access to faction war. Open to being part of the right mercenary alliance as well.
Long term goals are to get good enough at small gang PvP that we can sell mercenary services, with all proceeds being split evenly amongst our participating members. I know that I got much better at PvP by fighting every day, and if you want to get better at fighting too, this is the corp for you!
