We can´t see Hunter about the blackout… ok… sick but it is as it is " et kütt wie et kütt ". But why can Hunters see pve activity at Dotlan ? Equality for all - close NPC-Kills on Dotlan immediately!

Legitimate hunters are using the ingame map.

You mean remove the API data? Dotlan is just a third party website using said API data and others could do the same.
