May want to make a run through and see what was locked back in March and whether it still needs to be locked. I know some CSM are in here already. Lets get this puppy up and running

The main category “Council of Stellar Management” is always locked, same as the other forum sections. It serves as an index.
The subcategories, “Assembly Hall”, “Jita Park” and “CSM Campaigns” are where you’re supposed to post.
If any of the CSM feel you’d like additional subsections, just let us know.
