hello, i am looking for a good pvp starter char.

Between 5-10m sp ( i dont have a huge budget limited in isk)
would like general skills eng/ nav / etc but gunnery focused

i have isk and would like to seal a deal yesterday ty.

I know but sadly your price is à little high and your sp are alrdy locked into small hybrid for a good part. Would like other options. Still considering you if none else.
