Looking for the above - ideally with as little waste as possible. That means Gal/Cal cruiser 5 and a lot of drone skills, or BS 5 and a lot of missile skills, or both, but not neither. 
Also looking for someone who can do immediate ($$) transfer as opposed to a plex transfer.
Standings are a bonus.
